The farming, slaughter, meat preparation, construction of recipes and packaging are all performed by the employees of our cooperative.

Our breeders decided (in 1966!) to use a cooperative form of organisation, because such an approach reflects a system of values that matches our own, based on 3 pillars:

We have an exemplary selection of good products to savour, because in our workshops we use high quality ingredients and meats. And, above all, we understand our profession well, in all its facets. And yes, this is also because our products pass through the hands of the experts from our teams, who every day apply their knowledge of curing, charcuterie and ripening, ensuring our products have great taste.

Origin
Origin

We breed our own pigs and therefore know what we're talking about. We are proud to offer you products of guaranteed French origin. Moreover all Brocéliande products are stamped "French pork". The recipes are developed in our factories, mainly in the North-West of France. 

Respect for animals
Respect for animals

Animal welfare is also important for us. For many years, our breeders have been committed to an approach known as "pig welfare" which aims to reduce the stress experienced by the animal throughout its life. It is thanks to them that our products are "Well Bred".

The Brocéliande brand embodies cooperative values, where people have an important role: we work with people and for people, to develop an agricultural model committed to an approach of progress with a theme: to offer you the chance to "eat well".
