OUR HAM IS USED IN THE KITCHEN OF A CELEBRITY FRENCH CHEF... IN SHANGHAI!

The celebrated French chef, Joël Robuchon, recently inaugurated his first restaurant in China, in Shanghai. Brocéliande has been contributing to this new French location through the sale of ham since May 2016. 
Our ham, which is used for its unmatched quality on the Chinese market, is used in the sandwiches and crêpes on the bakery side of the brand.
